Adrian Moors is a globally-experienced leader, director, and investor with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence across Africa, Asia, and Europe. With hands-on leadership in complex markets and board-level oversight in multi-generational family enterprises, he brings deep expertise in governance, strategy, and sustainable value creation.

Having operated at every level within family businesses—from employee to owner and director—Adrian offers unparalleled insight into their unique challenges and opportunities. His expertise spans corporate governance, succession planning, market expansion, competitive strategy, and investment optimisation, making him a trusted advisor for businesses navigating dynamic environments.

As a venture capital investor, Adrian is passionate about identifying and scaling high-potential businesses, particularly those with African roots and global aspirations. His investments range across consumer goods, apparel, beverages, and mental health sectors.

Currently, Adrian serves as a director of Gutsche Family Investments and Woodlands Dairy—one of Africa’s largest dairy enterprises along with several other businesses, including Sports Management Africa, the operator of GolfChamps. His leadership is backed by world-class education, including an Executive MBA and the International Directors Programme (certified) from INSEAD. He is a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, a member of the South African Institute of Directors, and previously served as Vice President of the INSEAD Alumni Association of South Africa.
