Biography

Andrew Honnor is Managing Partner and Founder of Greenbrook, an independent strategic communications firm that advises clients on all aspects of their business through the lens of reputation.

Andrew brings over 30 years of financial, corporate and political communications experience. He started his career working on political campaigns in the UK and the United States, and was formerly a UK Government Special Advisor. Andrew has leading expertise in advising global investment firms and founders on all areas of strategic communications and reputation management. He is an expert on issues such as high-profile corporate and sovereign debt restructurings, creditor disputes, litigation, exit and investment activity, fundraising, cybersecurity, shareholder activism, partnership issues, advice to portfolio companies, tax investigations, judicial inquiries, and civil/criminal proceedings.

Prior to launching Greenbrook in 2012, Andrew was a member of the Executive Committee at News UK (News International), advising the company following the high-profile phone-hacking crisis. Andrew is a trustee of The Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and is a Governor at Lambrook School.

Greenbrook holds leading rankings across all the disciplines in which it operates. It has advised on $78 billion of corporate and sovereign debt situations and is ranked as a top M&A communications advisor, placing 12th globally and 5th in the UK. Bloomberg has also ranked the firm as Europe’s leading advisor for engaged shareholder communications.

Educated at the University of Exeter, Andrew achieved a BA in History & Politics.
