Prior to founding Reputation Repair in 2026, Chad served as Managing Director of ReputationDefender, where he led the company's online reputation management and corporate privacy services. He helped individuals, executives, and organizations address reputation, privacy, and digital trust challenges in an increasingly complex online environment.
Earlier in his career, Chad held senior leadership roles at Zillow, Policygenius, Safety Services Company, and Comcast Business. He is recognized for leading business transformations, scaling revenue organizations, and aligning commercial functions to support growth.
Chad regularly contributes to discussions on digital trust, privacy, cybersecurity, governance, reputation strategy, AI-driven visibility, and digital exposure. His work has been featured in Forbes, AI Journal, USA News, CEO Times, The Leader Report, and other publications. He previously served as Chapter President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and is a member of the Forbes Business Council.
