Since launching the company in 2013, Charlotte has led the business as a multifaceted entrepreneur, applying her expertise across product innovation, design, digital, beauty technology, marketing, strategy and brand development. Her consumer-first philosophy remains central to the company’s strategic direction and sustained international growth. Under Charlotte’s commercial and creative leadership, the company has built a globally recognised portfolio of beauty products, including market-leading franchises Pillow Talk, AIRbrush, Hollywood and Unreal. As the driving force behind the company’s vision and growth strategy, she has played a key role in disrupting and re-shaping the modern beauty industry, creating one of the most successful British beauty brands of all time. In 2020, Charlotte led the company through a strategic partnership with Puig, the Spanish fashion and fragrance group. She played a central role in the negotiations, with a focus on preserving the brand’s integrity, premium positioning, and long-term vision. Puig’s expertise in luxury beauty and founder-led brands has supported Charlotte Tilbury Beauty’s international expansion, enabling the company to reach new audiences while maintaining its focus on product innovation and customer experience. A multi-award-winning global beauty pioneer, Charlotte was honoured with an MBE in 2018, and a CBE in 2026, for services to the beauty and cosmetics industry. She received a Special Recognition Award at The Fashion Awards in 2023, and in 2025 topped the inaugural Sunday Times Beauty Rich List. Alongside her global business success, Charlotte actively supports charities focused on opportunity and empowerment. A longstanding supporter of The King’s Trust, she was appointed Global Ambassador in 2026, expanding her work with young people worldwide.
