Biography

Jeremy Bishop is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arkus Real Estate, bringing over three decades of experience spanning the UK and Continental European property markets. His expertise covers real estate investment, finance, and organisational growth across both private and public sectors.

Arkus Real Estate was established to develop modern, adaptable real estate solutions aligned with the needs of today’s occupiers. The business is initially concentrating on the UK logistics and industrial market, with an emphasis on asset management, refurbishment and redevelopment.

Before launching Arkus, Jeremy co-founded Oxenwood Real Estate in 2014, a UK and European logistics investment management firm. During his time there, the firm executed over £1.1 billion in transactions and achieved £785 million in realisations. Although no longer involved operationally, he continues to hold interests in several of its property portfolios.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy played a key role in the formation of London & Stamford Property Plc (now LondonMetric Property Plc), where he was actively involved in managing joint venture portfolios exceeding £1 billion in value.

From 2004 to 2006, he served as Director at Pears Global Real Estate Investors, where he led the expansion of its European operations for the Family Office, including €300 million in acquisitions and the establishment of a Munich office.

His earlier roles include four years at Citigroup, specialising in real estate co-investment structures, and eight years at Guardian Properties in fund management.
