Jeremy launched Breaking Wave Group on 1 July 2026, alongside co-founders Nick Stewart, James Radice, and Marc Marot, each of whom brings high-level expertise in the music industry, including senior roles at Island Records and Warner Music Group. The company is focused on recorded music, music publishing, and the management of legacy artists such as 10cc, Rumer, and Lemon Jelly, while also supporting the development of emerging talent.
Throughout his distinguished career, Jeremy has held senior positions at leading entertainment companies, including Virgin Records, Warner Bros. Records, RCA, and BMG, significantly influencing the music and entertainment industries. His leadership and forward-thinking strategies in these roles left a lasting impact on the industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of the most prominent figures in music, including Take That, Enya, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Annie Lennox, and Simon Cowell, among others.
Jeremy is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic efforts. He was the Co-Chairman of Fundraising at Nordoff Robbins. The charity provides music therapy to people with physical and learning disabilities.
Jeremy's career in the entertainment industry started as Marketing Manager at Polydor, a renowned British record label.
He completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and earned a BA in Business Studies from the University of West London.
