Biography

Jonny Wilkinson is a health and wellbeing ambassador, business founder, public speaker, sustainability advocate, rugby pundit, coach and philanthropist.

Celebrated as one of the greatest rugby union players, Jonny earned 91 England caps, took part in two British and Irish Lions tours and was granted the honour of being inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame. His outstanding service to the game was further recognised with a CBE from HM the Queen.

Since retiring in 2014, Jonny has shared his insight as a pundit for ITV and Sky Sports and launched his health drink brand, One Living.

He has spoken openly about challenges such as fear of failure and channelled these experiences into helping others. His I AM podcast explores self-awareness, resilience and human potential in conversations with thought leaders worldwide, often using sporting analogies to make his message relatable.

Jonny is also a sought-after speaker who shares lessons from his sporting career and personal journey. He explores the mindset for peak performance, the importance of mental wellbeing and the role of authentic leadership in creating stronger teams. A passionate advocate for health and wellbeing, Jonny founded NSPiRED, a charitable foundation that supports teachers and coaches with emotional resources to empower themselves and the young people they guide. Jonny was a key player in the England rugby union squad for thirteen years. He will forever be remembered for his winning drop goal in the last minute of extra time against Australia in the 2003 World Cup final.

Jonny spent 12 seasons with the Newcastle Falcons, winning the English premiership and two domestic cups, and 5 seasons with french club Toulon where he captained the team to the 2013 Heineken European trophy and also to the Heineken trophy again the following season alongside the French Top 14 league title in an unprecedented French double.
