Biography
Louis Buckworth is a real estate investor specialising in the UK care home sector, with deep expertise in luxury residential and development markets across the United Kingdom and the United States.
Louis is the co-founder of the Buckworth Zephyr joint venture, a partnership between Buckworth Capital and Zephyr X focused on building a portfolio of care homes across the South East of England. Louis brings both investment discipline and sector knowledge to the joint venture's finance and development strategy.
Prior to his current investment activities, Louis built an extensive career in New York City's luxury real estate development and sales market, serving as Director of Sales at 520 Park Avenue, the tallest residential tower on Manhattan's Upper East Side, as part of the Zeckendorf Development group.
He honed his expertise as a broker with Corcoran and Brown Harris Stevens before founding Buckworth Capital, his own real estate investment firm. His earlier work includes the finance and development of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of industrial assets across New York and North Carolina through Equator Capital Management.
Louis holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of London.
