In addition to his leadership at Montfort, Swift is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Concordia, one of the most influential convening organizations in the world. The Concordia Annual Summit in New York City is recognized as the largest and most influential forum held alongside the United Nations General Assembly. Under Swift's direction, the Summit has hosted former U.S. Presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Joe Biden; President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; The Carlyle Group Co-Founder David Rubenstein; and Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, among others.
Swift also serves as the anchor and host of The Swift Hour, a series featuring peer-to-peer conversations with prominent leaders across government, business, and the nonprofit sector.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Swift is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, member of the board of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce in Florida.

Matthew co-founded Sarum Snacks with his Salisbury School friend, Nicholas Logothetis. Starting with just $5,000 in seed capital, the company achieved $250,000 in revenue within two years, and donated more than $25,000 to charity.
News Corporation
News Corporation was a global, diversified mass-media conglomerate founded by Rupert Murdoch. Its portfolio included leading brands such as The Wall Street Journal, The Times, and HarperCollins. During his tenure, Matthew helped develop a program called Entrepreneur 360 (E360) that empowered inner-city high school students from the South Bronx to learn about entrepreneurship.
