Biography

Nadav Livni is a seasoned investment professional and board-level executive with over 25 years of experience in alternative investments, financial restructuring, and complex strategic transactions totalling over $150 billion across Europe, UK, Africa and the US.

His expertise includes research-led investment strategies, product structuring, regulatory, risk management, investor relations, and developing long-term capital partnerships. Nadav has experience in financial services, healthcare, transportation, energy, mining, digital infrastructure, hospitality, and commercial real estate.

Before founding an international alternative asset management and strategic advisory firm, Nadav was Vice President at Deutsche Bank in the Investment Banking Division, advising multinational companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and structured credit funds. Earlier in his career, Nadav was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and a chartered accountant at KPMG.

Nadav has served as a principal investor and trusted adviser to a select group of high-profile stakeholders, including governments on bond issuances, sovereign wealth fund structures and public-private partnerships. His experience also includes advising private equity funds, controlling shareholders, and entrepreneurs on strategic and financing matters.

He has served as an independent director of publicly listed companies, including LSE-listed Plaza Centres and NASDAQ-listed Elbit Imaging Ltd. Nadav speaks on private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and entrepreneurship, has participated in events at London Business School, Saïd Business School, as well as conferences and industry panels.
