Biography

Nick Candy is a British entrepreneur and investor, with a primary focus on super-prime real estate, luxury brands, and natural resources. He is CEO of Candy Capital, his London-based private family office.

He is best known as co-founder of Candy & Candy (now Candy London), the world-leading interior design and development management firm behind landmark global projects. His most celebrated project, One Hyde Park in London, redefined the global super-prime residential market, setting new benchmarks for luxury design, pricing, and service.

Over the past 25 years, the Candy brand has become synonymous with the very highest level of global luxury real estate. With a proven track record in delivering super-prime residential projects, the team has a deep understanding of the expectations of ultra-high net worth clients. Today, Candy London continues to deliver best-in-class projects for an international clientele.

In 2026, Candy completed the sale of his Chelsea residence for more than USD $350 million – the largest known residential transaction in the world – further underscoring his position at the forefront of the international luxury property market. He also maintains a personal real estate portfolio comprising some of the finest homes in the world.

Through Candy Capital, he oversees a portfolio of companies spanning real estate, design, technology, and natural resources, including as the largest shareholder in AIM-listed Metals Exploration plc. He also leads a growing pipeline of residential and hospitality projects, with a strong and expanding presence in the Middle East through multiple high-profile joint venture partnerships.

Candy is also the founder of Wild Idol; a super-premium, naturally alcohol-free alternative to wine and champagne, created for a global luxury audience.

In addition to his business activities, he serves as Honorary Treasurer of Reform UK.
