Oliver Motisi is a consumer health executive and nutrition specialist with expertise in personalised nutrition, digital health, biomarker science, and health technology. He is Chief Executive Officer of Bioniq, a personalised nutrition company that combines blood biomarker analysis with artificial intelligence to deliver tailored supplementation programmes. Having joined Bioniq as an early member of the leadership team, he previously served as Chief Product Officer and UK Managing Director before becoming CEO, leading the company through its expansion, investment by Cristiano Ronaldo, and acquisition by Herbalife in a deal worth more than $150 million. He is also a Director of Bioniq Health-Tech Solutions Limited.
Before joining Bioniq, Oliver built his career across clinical nutrition, healthcare, and elite sport. He was Head of Sports & Exercise Nutrition and Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at Lanserhof, where he developed nutrition and rehabilitation programmes with leading orthopaedic specialists for high-performance and post-surgical clients. Earlier, he was a Sports Nutritionist with Saracens Rugby Club, supporting professional athletes with performance nutrition and recovery.
Beyond his executive responsibilities, Oliver has served as a Director of VAHA Technologies Ltd, now part of the Bioniq Group. He advises companies across international markets on health technology, personalised nutrition, and product strategy, including Kayanee, a Public Investment Fund-backed women's wellbeing company, while supporting early-stage ventures as an Expert in Residence. He has also guest lectured MBA students at Imperial Business School and is a regular contributor to GQ Middle East on consumer health and wellbeing.
Oliver holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Science from Brunel University.
