Biography
Raju Mantena is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avyxa, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on bringing critical therapies to market and expanding patient access to care. Under his leadership, Avyxa collaborates with healthcare organizations to strengthen treatment continuity and expand treatment options, particularly in oncology and urology.
With a background in computer science and clinical pharmacy, Raju has founded and led several healthcare ventures throughout his career. In addition to his role at Avyxa, he is the Founder of Ingenus Pharmaceuticals. Ingenus develops, manufactures, and supplies high-quality generic medications that help expand access to affordable healthcare in the United States and internationally.
Raju earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in India and later studied Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Maryland.
Beyond his professional work, Raju supports Conquer Cancer, the philanthropic foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology that funds research, clinical trials and educational programs, and Runway to Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with cancer and their families in central Florida, ensuring that no family battling with cancer has to face this journey alone.
