Sanjay brings more than three decades of global leadership across software, technology, and industry. As CEO of Software AG, he reshaped the company into a subscription-led SaaS business. At IBM, he directed worldwide programs in AI and the Internet of Things, and he built operational depth earlier in his career with PwC, FedEx, DSM, and Honda.
Years spent with manufacturers — on production lines as often as in boardrooms — shaped his core belief: the next industrial era will belong to organizations that pair human ingenuity with machine intelligence, and what holds most manufacturers back is not ambition but aging systems unable to match the pace of modern industry.
