Biography
Scott Kimple is the Founder and Principal of Warrington Asset Management LLC, an alternative asset management firm specializing in options and futures trading. With Scott at the helm since its founding in 1997, Warrington has built an impressive track record delivering consistent returns with a strong focus on risk management.
Scott is also Founder and Principal of SCK Capital LLC, a single-family office established by with the purpose of growing the financial and philanthropic interests of the Kimple family. SCK has the flexibility to invest in a variety of opportunities, with investments focused on the following asset classes: hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate. In conjunction with the Spruance Foundation, SCK supports a wide range of non-profits and charitable causes.
He began his career as a trading assistant at Shearson Lehman (a predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management), gaining experience in multiple futures and options markets. During that time, he researched, tested, and honed his options-based trading strategy. Scott holds the Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses.
A proud alumnus of Southern Methodist University, Scott earned a BBA in finance from and an MBA, with an emphasis in Finance and Derivative Securities, from the SMU Cox School of Business.
