Spencer Schar is a seasoned executive dedicated to redefining excellence in club management. With a degree in finance from Elon University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida, Spencer leads one of Central Florida’s premier golf and country club communities as President of The Club at Bella Collina.
Bella Collina spans 1,900 scenic acres, blending Tuscan-inspired architecture, rolling hills, and sparkling lakes, providing a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of living in a tranquil oasis while having access to every imaginable amenity.
Under Spencer’s leadership, the 75,000-square-foot clubhouse supports upscale dining, a fitness center, a spa, a word-class golf course designed by Sir Nick Faldo, and scenic walking trails, making it the pinnacle of luxury living in Florida.
Expressing the stunning architecture of Italy in ways previously unseen throughout the United States, from the broad beam arches to the classic clay barrel shingles, every visit to the clubhouse inspires awe.
Spencer is also President of DCS Management Services, which operates JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa. Situated within the gates of Walt Disney World near International Drive, the resort offers warm and inviting social spaces, along with a full spectrum of amenities, bringing modern luxury to Orlando.
