Biography
Stephen Doyle is an experienced private equity and venture-backed CEO, non-executive Chairman, Director and active alternative asset investor.
Stephen currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Novipax, a North American-based absorbents technology business and a portfolio company of Acon Investments. He was previously CEO of GreyscaleAI, an early stage X-ray AI SaaS solutions business. Stephen is a Board Director and Investor with CorFigo, an early-stage medical device venture. He also manages his direct private equity, venture investments and advisory activities as Managing Director of SJD Capital Advisors LLC.
Prior to his current roles, Stephen spent over 20 years as CEO, Board Director and major shareholder of the InterFlex Group, a specialty-packaging supplier to many of the world’s leading consumer packaged goods companies. During his tenure, Stephen successfully executed multiple organic and acquisition-driven growth strategies across the US, UK and Europe in partnership with Red Diamond Capital/Mitsubishi and Bain Capital. Having achieved a 10x growth in revenue and EBITDA, he completed the sale of InterFlex to the Japanese global printing company, Toppan (TYO - TOPPY) in July 2021.
Before acquiring InterFlex in 2000, Stephen spent 10 years in strategy consulting, financial advisory and private equity in both the US and Europe at the Boston Consulting Group and CEA/Barings.
Stephen continues to follow his passions and leverage his experience in pursuit of new investment and non-exec board opportunities in the niche industrial goods, food/CPG supply chain sustainability and emerging medical technologies spaces.
