Tom co-led the buy in to Cardew and is one of two Managing Partners at Cardew Group, a strategic financial and corporate communications agency headquartered in London. He has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company, including its expansion into the public affairs, digital and healthcare sectors.

Tom was previously a founder partner of Temple Bar Advisory, a financial communications and investor relations consultancy in the City of London. He also held senior positions at The Company Agency and Instinctif Partners (then College Hill), where he was a partner and Managing Director of its South African business.
